You may download THE LITTLE BOOK in HTML
or ASCII format. Four
choices are offered. HTML
1) Get one chapter or,
2) the complete HTML text. These two choices
require no setup
before you read them with your browser--or any program capable of
displaying HTML files. Or,
3) get all 25 HTML text files zipped
together. Advantages
and disadvantages, other than HTML files are not limited to IBM
compatible
machines, are described in readme files. ASCII 4) Get the ASCII text and program which displays it. This program requires a DOS-IBM type computer. For your convenience, two KJV Bible programs for DOS-IBM machines are offered at the bottom of this page. For non IBM types, two HTML KJV Bible

This self-extracting PKZip file contains the complete
text, with index,
and a program to read it. There are many advantages to using this
program: it
is fast, portable, includes search tools, and family members can
save their own
bookmark. This program will run in a multi-tasking or task-switching environment, or you can use a dos-shell to run a compatible Bible program. This program runs in DOS or Linux, or in a Windozz95 or Oz2 DOS window. Also runs well on old, slow IBM clones (a 25 mhz 386 for example). Will run in less than 512k memory. You won't need to be a computer guru, alter your congif.sys, know the meaning of bytes or bios -- or choose between EMS or XMS, but some setup may improve performance.
