FIRST
Before you download, you should decide which drive or directory you want to save into. I recommend you save to a disk in A:drive. You will then have a backup, and can install to any drive/directory. You can create a subdirectory named "tlb", but this is not required.

VIVA LA DIFFERENCE
The difference between the two large HTML files offered is--the first is the whole text in one file, the second is 25 separate files (and the icons) zipped together for quick download.
The first file (not zipped) is offered for those who have fast computers, or those of you who do not have the PKzip program or are not interested in doing the unzip chore.
This file is not recommended for machines slower than 100 mhz, depending on the size-speed of the program you will use to read the text. A large slow browser like MSIE will result in sheer torture. A computer which runs at less than 100 mhz will benefit from using a program (other than a web browser) which is designed to read HTML files. Programs of this type are available from Shareware dot com.

The zipped file will be the quicker download of the two. After extraction you will have each chapter in a separate file, which will result in fast access on slower computers.

Both of these files will have advantages and disadvantages. Try one or the other, and if it doesn't work well, get the other one.
Also, you can download the icon-gif files one at a time, or in a zip file.

NEXT
Download and save the file of your choice. If you get the zip file you will need to decompress next, then do a test read of the HTML file(s) with your browser or HTML reader.

If the Chapter (or gif) file(s) do not load properly when you click on a link, you may need to put your Program and TLB subdirectory on the %PATH%, read your browser manual, or get help from your computer guru.

I welcome input from persons who succeed in using the HTML files on non-IBM systems... well, actually, all comments are welcome.
While I have done my best to avoid typos and bad grammar, some surely have slipped past me, and I regret any wrong scripture references...
